For all things come to those who wait and believe🌹

‘Waited On Eternity’

I’ve waited out
Eternity

I’ve watched the
Hands of time

Counting minutes
And all the
Very seconds
That make up
Each inch
Of time-

I waited
I wondered
Who it would
Be-
That would
Be mine

I knew it would
Be
But a matter
Of time-

Your soul would find mine

The weeks
Hours
Years

I’ve pined

For your heart
And mine
To entertwine-

I followed
I trusted
I believed

Blind

Waiting on the hands
Of time
Closing in
On your heart
And mine-

Chasing nothing
Wasting thoughts
On
Love so true
To be shared
By me and you-

And time flew

If only we had known

We wouldn’t
Have grown

Investing ourselves
Into a plan
Set out in the
Sands of
Hours-

Conquering the highest
Towers
To find
Where we
Belonged

Together we longed
For the day
To come
Where
We’d find
Eachother
And
Belong-

I hear the banging
Of a gong

Echos

Where our hearts
Belong

Together
We sing a
Song

Together

We belong🌹

Together
We belong🌹"
Maybe some people, never had the ability to tempt love. Like a lullaby with a happy ending. Love, does seem so far away. Thank you for sharing your amazing words and thoughts.
