Cervantes' Dance In The Alchemy Grove

Cervantes' Dance In The Alchemy Grove

A Poem by Farrell MacLachlin

Under the aegis of chivalrous knight
Cervantes will dance, Catalina's delight
Reciting ethereal sonnets desire
aloft to heavens perpetual spire

Sweet Spanish rivers eternally flow
Cervantes will dance where gazanias grow
Nightingale princes in eventide sing
hymns of devotion on angelic wing

From obsidian glass, his comedy wove
Cervantes will dance in the alchemy grove
Trinitarian Sisters give sweet repose
Sleeping in beauty of lyrical prose

I have no words.....my voice is in my awe!! Written in very Cervantes fashion! El Conde de la Literatura Española would be proud! Well done!

I like that. It is in tune with what I write about; the direction and purpose of chivalry, and the three women whom are in every doctrine including the Bible. And Catalina's Instruction guides Knowledge into the gazanias.
