Driving Expression

Driving Expression

A Poem by Robert Trakofler (Bad Bunny)

__Driving_Expression__

Steamroll sojourn symphony spin

Rumbling ramble tumbling trundle

Tire twirl ticks

 tap

Inclination

Shifting staccato sleet strike sounds

Stumbling scramble grumbling struggle

Cant climb coax

Crux

Destination

 Storm surge slips serenity sounds

Tunnel trek tranquility thrust

Sways steering

Sharp

Intonation

Coasting coarse compel cruise capture

Reaching rides relish road rapture

Seeing as you have had some fun in my comment boxes... I am returning the favor, as it is nearly impossible to not do with this buffet of words in front of me... Almost as if you are driving my expressionism with force of symphony conjecture steamrolled synthesis captured im inclined to see a destination of intonation intros and tones needed for tonal recipes i call it cruising they call it boozing i call it whos-he they call it you on weed its coarse though this course of torn corpses whole bodies shoveled i call it dumplings they call it a stumbling directive i call it oranges i pluck voraciously

Get in the car and drive, mutha f***a, screeching tyres, adrenalin highway hurtling head long into the night, wired and alive, the speed of the language has thrown me back in my seat, whiplash, I might have to sue, lol

dear Robert... your poetry reminds me of Modern Art.
Although I may not completely understand, each line reminds me
of circumstances in my life, so as I uniquely interpret your lines,
it becomes my poem in my mind. truly, Pat

That dear Patricia is all i could ever hope for in writing.
You know what this put me in mind of? Well at the moment that would be my motorcycle. However my first thought was of the very first time I drove a stick shift. What an exhilarating experience that is to a young boy. Use to be driving was fun. it was a blending of man and machine. Much different from today. the sound of the engine the clicking of the valves. Feeling the motor when it shifted gears. Those things are lost on the new vehicles. They literally drive themselves. Im sure you remember the difference between then and now. as well as the temperamental carburetors.

These are some of your best crafted lines that I've read, when it comes to in-depth alliteration along with an imaginative train of ideas. I was noticing that this could apply to driving, as in using a vehicle, but it also applies equally well to driving a bicycle down the road or driving a golf ball down the range. As always, you are a master at tinkering with grouping word sounds, not to mention dynamic verbs that convey the sensations of driving/being driven (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

The range of feelings and emotion on a road trip are one of a kind. This captures those feelings in a dash to the finish line and then some. Get in man, lets hit the road!!!

People call your work prime alliteration, I call it divine rhyme in bunny hop time" It would be wonderful to hear you read one of your creations.. have you thought about vocarooo or similar? Meantime, time traveller you swerved in and out of places few humans would go with the above spell. Fascinating.

Deft time weft, and warp, in your poem B.B....we feel you driving straight into an altered state of mind.
I used to call the 7 hour drive from the Bronx to our cabin in the Adirondacks, “The I-87 to Heaven”. Somewhere along the way we zoned out of the ordinary realm of reality. Your poem is a masterpiece of creating that exact feeling- in superb literary form. How do you write like this?! Rat-a-tat reads the inviting percussion of your wickedly alliterative and perfectly cadenced lines... you wow us with sharp kaleidoscopic imagery of storms, tunnels, sleet, hills, curves- a total roller-coaster ride. Love it to the N-th degree of extrapolation my friend! Wishing you a safe cruise home, wherever you may roam...

Quite a drive that Bunny. Your trademark alliteration superb and I swear I heard every sound as I journeyed through this with you. Great use of language and expression here.
