Mistake

I actually wrote this after an extremely hard break up..(sorry if it's bad)

Last night I made a mistake,
I lost the one I love,
In a fit of rage I let you go,
Then begged for you forgiveness,
To please take me back,
You said as I’ve said before,
I don’t care about you anymore.

You may not care,
But my heart's falling apart,
I made a mistake,
I don’t expect you to take me back,
Or even shed a tear,
I understand you just leaving me here.

Now thanks to my own deed's,
I’m here cold and alone,
I’m writing these words of sorrow and desperation,
Tears rolling down my skin,
I don’t want to feel this pain again.

Yet, I don’t know what to do,
I don’t know how to act,
My body won’t stop shaking,
My heart is aching,
To know I did this to myself is killing me,
I can't quit crying,
I need this to stop.

My hearts in my hands but its falling apart,
But with no strength to put it back together,
I stand here,
Bleeding and alone,
So it's done for good,
I stare at the pieces on the floor,
Like an impossible puzzle,
Forever on the ground.

My chest feels cold,
My mind goes black,
No where to go,
No turning back,
My life is done,
My soul is gone,
So I'm going to lay here,
Never to see the sun..
