Tell me why..

Mainly about how I question God and stuff like that.

This place is torment,
This place is fear,
And we’re all quietly wandering here,
With no remembrance of how this became,
Our fate is sealed,
Covered by shame..

We hide and cried when things started to fall,
We all pretend we’re not the cause at all,
Hiding our memories,
Embracing our fears,
Not knowing what caused this,
Can bring you to tears..

So hide the shame,
Hide the lies,
Hide the fact that out of everyone you’ll survive,
Their bodies you know still litter the floors,
Every woman and child that screamed in horror,
But you pretended not to hear,
You seem not to care,
So are we just a waist of air?

You keep hurting the people you said you loved,
You tormented the people that looked for salvation,
And nothing we do is because of our motivation,
You control the wind,
The water,
The waves,
You play almighty,
But things never change,
The children are dying,
Their mothers still crying,
Asking for help,
Praying in hope that you will actually see,
That you’re the one who controls everything..

So why do we still die?
Why do we still hate?
Is this world sealing its fate?
Are we actually going to a some place of salvation?
Or are we gone,
Merely a figment of you’re sick imagination,
I ask these questions,
And I wonder why,
If we’re from God’s creation,
Then why is there still death and starvation?

Answer my question,
And tell me why
Is everyone here living Gods lie?

I am not Atheist I just question religion and Christianity is the major religion I question since it was forced upon me since birth. I apologize if I offend anyone, I don't mean to.

This is my style of writing. I appreciate it more being a religious historian. Yiur questions and observations towards religion are really intelligent. Theologians would destroy these observations, but that's what religion does...it fights for its beliefs.
