O.K. please forgive me, but here goes. I find it dragged, draw out plot points yield no acceptance to a reader, we want to hate, love or despise a character straight away, sorry, it's just the way it is. Grammatically there is no dedication, you must as a writer be extremely thorough and vigilant with this, it takes one bad review to cancel out all the good ones, and any reviewer will kill you on spelling and grammar. An ardent first try, edit again, and we'll re-visit it.
