Sonnet~
 
We have this moment,stars shimmer above
this magical moment , to share our love
and if perchance, 'morrow's sun does not shine
eternity, fills this small frame of time
As seasons change,our love blossoms and grows
soulmates always,,I'll naught stop loving you,
not til Autumn ceases, nor cool wind blows
and Winter's lion lies weak ,tamed and through
'Til Springtime refuses verdent green hue
and a harvest moon fades to a faint glow
'til rivers run dry,and no streams to view
if just this moment you're mine,this I'll know
 
Yes! on this sweet summer's night,we have love
We have this moment, from heaven above

This is beautiful and full of a romanticism....I love how it flows-The 6th line needs something... IMHO, I would tweak that line just a bit. Everything else is perfect and I think you have accomplished your desire to write a sonnet...My favorite stanza is the first:

We have this moment,stars shimmer above
this magical moment , to share our love
and if perchance, 'morrow's sun does not shine
eternity, fills this small frame of time
