Ice Cream

Ice Cream

A Poem by Elias

Ice Cream

no way you sittin here

eatin my ice cream

get off my lawn now

and gimme back my ice cream

cuz otherwise dear

I’ll make your brain go ice cream

I’ll drag you in the cellar

and plug your face in that mice cream

and that’s not a threat

that’s a touch of reality

to your ice cream eatin world

I’ll bring you my malady

so you can sing the saddest melody

to the tune of my memory

and make your body dance

the ballet of my misery

I love ice cream with different flavors. About the poem it was wonderful. My faves are those lines:

"you can sing the saddest melody
to the tune of my memory
and make your body dance
the ballet of my misery"
