If you ever have the feeling of loneliness in your heart

A feeling that would weigh you down

Down through the depths of darkness

Darkness in thoughts that doesn’t show

What color would you rather go?

They said that you attract what you fear

The dark is not always bad, sometimes we just made room for someone to shine

You can look up and see the tops of mountains, but you can’t see the bottom of the ocean

A bit shady and gloomy perhaps? Well that’s okay

There’s nothing to be afraid of

Sometimes “that” darkness could teach us so many things

We live on by trying our best regardless of where we are

Because at the end of the day?

 It's all about our own self against the world and how we deal with the things around us

Sometimes, we all just need a moment in our own space

A space of darkness filled with loneliness

Was just a color but now is a favorite

Silhouette against the colorless

Black, that’s what it is

There are many bright shining ideas here, but the one that jumps out for me is how you describe black as a good thing becuz it provides a background to set off other colors. This can be about people who are not in the limelight, but who toil daily to make our lives better in some way. This can be about the times we feel bleak, which make us more grateful for the times that shine. This can be about how we need time to shut down & shut off from the bright glare of worldly expectation, refresh our spirits in a deep dark pool of nothingness, a place where inspiration is born. I love your observation that we can see the limitless sky, but we can't see the bottom of the ocean. Your tone here is conversational & it sounds a little like a pep talk, but all your ideas are solid & inspiring (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Hey, i just tried using Cebuano language, never thought you'll understand and even know how to speak it hehhe.. Anyways i always wanted to try to make some bisaya poem but im having a hard time with the spelling hehe.. I really love this piece of yours. I always love black ever since.
