Black and White/white to black

Black and White/white to black:

These groups, placements of life, will always be there,
for that is their job.
To be right there when a white takes a step down,
to slip into the darkness.

Whites are the ones to show,
to look at for well being.
When a white makes one mistake,
it is all over.

He or she will be pushed out of the group,
darken and neglected.
Adds one to the darkness,
for that only means that it has to be even.

All in good time,
black will wait for white to suffer.
Then replace that weak link,
and will repeat this never ending cycle.
