Enchantress

Enchantress

A Poem by Georgie

Enchantress

Allowing yourself actions upon whim,

The world stretches out, a buffer to your errors.

You move me like a song,

with your eyes and your elegant hands,

It seemed like mad beauty

the method failed me.

Turning love and hope against itself,

each soul withered from your touch,

like a fish choking on air.
