it would be pretty stupid to hurt yourself with a blade, you have to be carefull. I suppose then you are talking about an analouge :D If that's so, then I think we usually play with very dangerous situations, knowing the risks, and we get hurt.
The best part of it, "we're then dead"
How can be dead and keep living? It's just another way of saying "I'm screwed"
I liked it a lot, and I thing It doesn't needs to be longer. It is just perfect the way it is. CONGRATS!!!
