Thoughts Of An Author

A short poem that portrays an optimistic mindset.

Writing books no one will read

And lessons no one will learn.

Fractured memories I lead

My words bloom but never are heard.

I write with my heart and soul,

Though it only matters to me.

Thoughts I cannot control

Create this endless sea.

Though my books no one will read

And my lessons no one will learn,

I will write until my hands bleed

Hoping to someday be heard.
