The Light Waves

The Light Waves

A Poem by Llysofar

If there's a star out there,

Can I sit in your flame?

A place where I can bask

in your gaze

with no name.

A harvest moon,

a ray of sun,

a flash of joy

inside the gloom.

A beam of light

can take you far -

you stare at space

and wander far.

A tiny flame

can light your soul,

or just the warmth

of burning coals.

A thermal breeze,

with glints of fire,

a spark of flints,

a three-bar fire,

a radiator in the sky,

a lava flow

from up on high.
