Homegrown Fantasy

I dug deep into the soil,

and planted seeds of dreams,

 I watered them with imagination,

leaving them under love beams.

I watched them in my yard,

growing tall for all to see,

just how much I truly cared,

about a homegrown fantasy.

Then one day I will reap,

from which that I had sewn,

bundle up the fruits of my labor,

from the dreams that I had grown.

Then I'd take them to the market,

and give each of them away,

to every lost and lonely person,

looking for a dream today.
