There is peace in my soul
    For such a long awaited time
    There is love in my life
    A love of melody and rhyme.

    Once you took hold of my heart
    I knew no other could have reached
    As whispered fate took my hand
    To levels only you could reach.

    You in my life
    Will live eternally
    I knew the first night we met
    You were meant for me.

Ah nice... so you are in love with verse. as I read your last line of your first stanza. So the phrases of love are about the love of the art of writing poetry as I read this?

This is one cute and ultra sweet poem that I think I'm gonna have a toothache if I don't brush my teeth... the poem depicted that innocence and some hints of destiny... It's a nice read... keep writing and improving... ^_^
