Keep Hope

Keep Hope

A Poem by Grant P.
"

The Hope VS Disbelief

"
The Hope
the thinning light in the dark tunnel
the need not the want
believed by some, forgotten by many
the key to a new beginning.
The Disbelief
the darkness in the tunnel
the want not the need
known by many, forgotten by few
the key to bringing fear.
The Choice
the game changer
the needs and wants
given to all
taken lightly and seriously.

This is a stimulating read. I like the idea of having a "choice"....
It is a game changer, for sure.
Wonderfully done! :)

Ah hope!
A many faceted perception .
I liked this a lot.

Wow! I like your concept in here. Hope vs Disbelief, where hope is a thinning light and disbelief is the darkness. And everyone has a choice...

It's really awesome. When you have the choice, hope is there. Because you can stay in the dark, but seeing a flicker of light, there's hope...and you have the choice.

Nice job.

good message and good food for thought

but i like the juxtaposition of light and dark, hope and despair, lightly and seriously...
we do have a choice...it is up to us which way we go.

i like the phrasing in this...keeping hope is important.

Though a random poem,it is thought provoking and containing sort of twists and contrasts.
Thanks for sharing.

I like your poem. I like how it is simple yet gets the point out. Short and sweet :)

I'm not much of a poet, but I like to think that I can recognize a good one when I see one. :) It was very straightforward, purposeful and exacting. But what I probably like most about was the sharp, visual aid you incorporate in it. Nice.
