Written 7/2/15. Miles of country side. [Inspiration from taking a road trip]

Passenger seat
Laid back
Miles of
Green acres,
Blue skies
Covered with white smoke

First picture is what originally inspired the poem. The second picture was taken after I wrote it, thought it looked cool so wanted to post it!

Haha this was one of the few actual good moments of the road trip, I had to write something so I could remember it lol.

Haha I spent a lot of time seeing the country side in the last four days. I just drove from Maryland all the way to North Dakota.

Yea it sucked lol. The trip should've only taken 2 days, but took 4. Took 4 because we were hauling a trailer and could only drive 55 MPH. And then we broke down the other night. Found out the trailer had a bad tire and literally could've come off at any time! So my dad was dad cause if that had happened it would've been a bad accident. So all my prayers asking God to keep us safe on the trip were definitely being heard! :)

Haha well I don't know how often I'll be able to write, we've been busy so far since we've been here lol. And when by the end of the day I'm ready to pass out! Lol.

Some it is from being busy, but I think a lot of it is from the fact that I'm sick. :(
Tuesday after being in the car for about an hour or two driving my throat started bothering me - fixed that with pineapple juice but now I'm super congested! I think I got sick from all the stress and very little sleep in the last week or two lol.

yes, sleeplessness and stress will weaken the immune system... i love pineapple juice... hope you feel better soon :)

Here's a tip for ya then, whenever you have a sore throat, drink pineapple juice! There's something in it that basically cures the sore throat. :)

Thanks for the tip... I will do that the next time I have a sore throat... I sag in bands and solo for about ten or twelve years, and when my throat was sore I always drank warm tea mixed with honey and lemon... it always seemed to work too :)... and you are welcome!!!!

Yea that helps too. But that's because it's a warm liquid I think. The pineapple juice helps because it's a natural anti inflammatory and it kills bacteria. They even say its 5 times stronger then cough syrup.
