A Poem by Grizz
"

Welcome ladies and gentlemen

"

Welcome ladies and gentlemen

Welcome to our lives

to our commendable mutiny.

We come to gild ourselves in domesticated kisses and petrified scars that itch after 6 weeks in bandages

Welcome to the roundness and pattern

To wake and sleep, ad infinitum

Welcome to the ploy of some greater God

for the greater good

and clapping of loud hands, at will of the multitudes

(what a horror show)

Welcome to this dead-bent behemoth called, sick

and eyes shut tight at the broken coughs and splutter

lest we flail our heavy, blooded arms in the waters of the rubicon

Welcome to this griddle of petty grievances

and graceless fall

a virginal end to the wicked beginning

What a show folks, What a sound.

Amen!
