Life After Death

A person has died and tells their experience in heaven.

It was all such a blur 

I felt as though I were asleep 

Just as you all were 

But when I awoke 

Blinding light came over me 

Then I could truly see 

I stood before the Lord 

His son seated at His right 

Oh, what a glorious sight 

Angels surrounded me 

All cloaked in white 

A halo glistened upon each head 

That's when I discovered I was dead 

But in the heavens 

As into a new life I dived 

I'd never felt so alive

Actually, I think it flows pretty smoothly; it's good. It's very optimistic and simple, a nice read.

I liked the poem in general, but I found the font a bit-distracting from the actual poem. Keep it simple, make it an easy read!
