Inner monologue

Inner monologue

A Poem by H.E Watson
"

Inner thoughts which I transposed outwards.

"

Feeling frustrated with the way life has pressed me and poked me till I scream with rage and distrust in the world. I’m not the bad guy to anyone but I, my relentless anger that I suppress every waking minute is a toxin in my emotionally crippled body. I can be nobody’s confront or shoulder to lean on, I can only struggle with my own mentality and helplessness, my constant distractions cannot usurer me away from the destructive core of my being. I’m sorry to the ones that think they need me. I’m sorry to me, for needing me. Philosophers say it is what’s on the inside that counts, but everything on the inside of my facade has been gauged out leaving scars on the empty shell of my existence. If I am only what’s on the inside, then I am truly nothing.

This is just a thought which I types out whilst experiencing, I understand that it doesn't have the regular format of a poem, but should I continue and use it as dialogue for a character. Leave your opinions.

This is quite a bleak inner monologue H. E. I've thought quite often about writing some kind of inner monologue. We all, I presume, have this inner voice providing some kind of running commentary on what we feel and think. Some is unprintable and stuff you wouldn't want to share. I'm hoping you have some happier feelings from time to time! Yes you should stick with this and the format is fine.
All the best.
