Happy Peacocks

Happy Peacocks

A Poem by Holly Mason

I want to write of beautiful things
Happy peacocks and Lilac springs
Scented gardens, fulfilling delight
Splendid eyes with tender sight
I want to write of noble things
Knights in amour and velvet rings
Scathing swords, wielding time
Maidens forlorn, all in a line
I want to write of bathing beauty
Softly coming forever soothing
Whispers of bubbles float in the air
Lovely maidens, all alone and bare
I want to write with a peaceful mind
Looking back I will search in time
Craftily sending little cards of love
Kissing wishes from rainbows above

And so you did, lovely imagery in this one Holly. I especially like,

Whispers of bubbles float in the air
Lovely maidens, all alone and bare

...and rainbows of course dear lady, put a smile on my face, thank you!
