A Poem by Hidden Happiness

A very little tribute to the woman who brought me to this world

You hold my tiny hands in yours
And i'm not afraid any longer
Let them come- the ghosts, the monsters
You're strength has made me stronger.

You're the brightest spark
That lightens my world when its dark
I know you'll always be there to protect me
And you never want to see anybody defeat me
You're the tender leaves that sheds me from the scorching sun
And if i look for flaws in you, i find none.

i know I'll never be able to pay you back
Forgive me for the talents i lack
Forgive me for the times i have betrayed your trust
I'll always hold the water for your thirst
Three cheers for the woman who has her life to offer
Three cheers for my beloved mother

Awwwwww, I love it!!! Makes me look forward all the more to being a mom, if I ever make it that far. I think this is my favorite part:

"You're the brightest spark
That lightens my world when its dark"

Very touching and sweet xD
