From Boys to Men

The journey from boy to men in a short poem

Boys grow

Their voices change

They become taller

They become older

Men

Men who stand on their own

Men who meet women and fall in love

Men who suffer through life’s ups and downs

Men who were once boys

So boys

Wait your turn

Enjoy your lives

Live in the moments of everyday

For once you are men you can no longer do that

Enjoy the life you have 

Do not long for more

Men you will become

So just wait young boys

Just wait some more
