Impulsion's of an Autumn Solstice

Impulsion's of an Autumn Solstice

A Poem by Casey

Burnt orange litters the ground
While I place my hand upon your face
I take in the misty air that rolls off your lips
like crisp water over smoothly shaped rocks
Our eyes looking onward gridlocking in some transcendent dance
The smell of rosemary and rose buds catching my senses
awakening my inner desires
leaning in my face is graced with a lock of your hair
that sends shocks through my body like a tidal wave
Soft lips caress your delicate ear and as I pull away
I see the brail that covers your supple skin

The imagery in this write is stellar. I really love how it gives us not only a look at your surroundings and shares your story, but it really shows us the situation through your eyes. Excellent job at putting me in your shoes and phenomenally penned
