Call 911 If Drowning

Call 911 If Drowning

A Poem by Thomas Snider
"

Enjoy. =D

"

Swimming today with my dear good friends,
We laid eyes upon the pool rules.
Upon this sign we saw the words:
“Call 911 If Drowning”.
And at first I was puzzled to read.
For moments I did ponder,
These words of saving grace,
But then I knew just how
Relieved I would feel.
If I called 911 while I was drowning.

A good write of a very stupid sign. I think you did a fine job on this. And kept the poem short. Tony

Ha! Wonderful advice I must say. I'll be sure to call 911 if I'm drowning or if I fall into a volcano or something like that. Funny write Thomas, keep it up.

I get it. How could I call 911 if I was drowning. It makes me think just how lazy people can be wwhen writing words and making rules. You made your point quite clearly.
