Death

Death

A Poem by HorrorMaster
"

A poem about my grandma that pass away few years ago. I miss her ;(

"

I see her laying on her bed,
I stared at her eyes all red.
I feel her heart stop beating,

Then tears pour from my eye,

as my mom opens the door, seeing me cry.
She saw her laying on her bed dying.
I told my mom, “It seems like she is dead.”
Death appearing in her house.
It came to take her away.
Her life will never be the same,
as she checks into heaven on this day.

Very sad and touching poem. I can relate to this. I wrote a poem about my father's death some yearss ago; it is sad too and with pain in it, but not for his death as such, but for my fear of visiting before he died at the hospital. I think we sould see death not as something painful. It is for us, but the person that dies is at peace and is better now. I like to see death as a "happy" final state of being. Loves your poem! Feeling sad is good too! and much better letting it out this way =)

Once again, well done...

I'm sorry for your loss...
May she rest in peace, and never have to feel anymore pain in this cruel, dark world...

Well, you know she's in a wonderful place now. Very good and emotional read. For a poem, it's very descriptive. The poem accomplishes its intentions by pulling sadness from the reader. Great job. I'm sorry that you Grandma passed away, as it is an awful time for the family. I miss my Grandmas, and know how you feel.
