See that eagle?

See that eagle?

A Poem by Hyphenated

See that eagle?
Sweeping the clouds apart,
doing rounds in an endless sky?
Rounds, spirals
Endless circles!
Just a few of momentary flaps,
Is it tired?

Why choose circles,
When the pigeons pass you straightaway?
Going back to their homes
As the darkness creeps in.
Still you are circling
in an endless sky,
Perhaps, trying to find an escape route
In a spaceless, limitless, timeless sky.

Life is a list of hyphenated memories. Aligned in a row, sometimes circles, triangles and endless spirals to make us go on and on. Isn't it? more..
