Trying different methods to remove it 

So you know what it's like to try and make peace with you

Stubborness is not so easily removed. You manage to say so much in so few words, as well as giving it both a personal feel and something the reader can relate to.
I think the title helped this piece be an enjoyable surprise. I may just need to check out 002 :)
