Mystic Painting

Mystic Painting

A Poem by Imagination-mage

Red, Blue, Yellow, White and sometimes black
The color wheel spins and turns like a clock.
Blank canvas, untouched paints and your imagination on overdrive.
You pick up your magic wand, the brush and your potion which is water.
With a quick swipe, your wand takes the red and causes a large streak over it.
The red sets, the water spreading it.
You continue your quick strokes, blue and yellow,
merging colors
your hand racing to catch up with your minds orders.
Adding pixies,
streets,
cars,
animals
last the thing called man.
you set down the brush, your work finishes, wiping the small remains of paint on your forehead.
Before you, a master piece made by your hand
May it serve you well
May your thoughts come alive....
