The Pride of Perseverance

The Pride of Perseverance is a righteous moral,

like the mindset of a warrior  who bleeds to protect,

Or a singer who breaths for a message.

Proud you were resilient to defy your own doubts,

that your envy was weaker than your will.

Overcoming the numbing trials, training you to fight longer during the next battle.

It's like self supremacy against your enemies or being a titan amongst men,

A sun in the midst of stars, being a light in the dark.

It's a quality of an emperor, or the arrogance of a champion for you have seen many villains,

But only you were victorious.

Your walk now proves your right to life, when someone tried to give you death you denied it.

You've revised the plan that perceived you as prey and become the predator.

There is rhyme to you hearts beat, content to it's song, meaning to it's lyrics.

You are a symbol of admiration you have helped another dance.
