Love. Some say it's the most beautiful thing ever,

Some say it's the best thing ever,

People strive for the perfect love,

While ignoring all the love around them.

It surrounds them like air,

But they don't realize it's there,

It washes over them like a wave upon the sand,

It's like an old friend, you only have to take its hand.

But alas! Does a human ever get satisfied?

Running after things he already had in his life,

Feelings get crushed, lives divide,

For once love the heart had, gets crumbled under pride.

Love can cause bitter pain, 

Or it can feel like pleasant rain,

But if you treat love like a game, you'll never win,

If you treat love right, you'll never lose it again.

Embrace love the way it is,

Let your heart find its way,

Don't mess with its haste.

Love can happen in all the unexpected places.

Close your eyes now, let it engulf you in peace.
