Today

Today it’s so boring, it looks almost sad
With a rainy weather outside
I feel in a pause of this day
Thinking about yesterday…
Then I run into further lands,
Daydreaming about what comes
What will tomorrow look alike
Since today I took a strike!
Enjoying the day with nothing to do,
I just want to rest in calmness today…
The rain brings a wild wind
Then it grows into a storm
To wake up a river within
Thoughts and emotions to flow
Into my mind and my soul…
My heart beating stronger
My senses getting sharper
Reminding me to be wiser
And re-envision today
As a new wonder I could say.
The beautiful rain it’s awakening
Touching deep each of my pores
Making me feel so alive
Flowing with positive vibes
My core energy increasing inside
Into love, flowers and butterflies…
Not wishing anymore for a day of strike
Not being bored, sad or idle
Yet dancing in the rain with a smile
That today it’s a day worth living
In the best way we find in our insights
While taking and balance with giving
Joy, love, life and its magic lights.
