Contrast poem

A Poem by Winter
"

yup for my class again

"
the snow gently falls
blanketing the world in cheer
gentle and soothing
The cold bites me
The Ice gnaws at my ankles
Sharp and painful ice
My tea warms my hands
while the snowfall warms my heart
winter brings so much
sitting inside now
while the snow ruins my life
Winter takes so much
With the TV on
and the beauty outside gone
my mood now turns sour
When my phone goes off
and more options open up
Sledding sounds the best
