A Visit To The Gypsy House Cafe

There is no such thing as coincidence.

Everything you experience has been planned.

Far before you walked a step on the earth.

 

Today was such a beautiful day,

Late Summer or Early Autumn you choose.

A crisp bite in the morning air.

Coffee shops closed and relocated,

Might as well give it a try.

New location same owners,

Same pleasant vibe.

With treats and drinks,

And poetic masters held inside.

Daughter of a master as well.

Chance meetings my foot.

Cherry pie, Lemon Cake.

A brief respite on my manic life,

Moments of reconnection with my wife.

Tears and smiles galore

Almost better than before.

I return home and reflect,

Thinking what are the chances.

Then I remember…
