I believe taco Tuesday should be celebrated,

Leaving my midweek so invigorated.

Soft or hard shell it does not matter,

An extra tortilla to catch the splatter.

 

Mild, Medium, Hot or Fire,

Whichever sauce that you may desire.

I love the soft and the crunchies,

Suitable for the most powerful munchies.

 

Paired with nachos and sour cream,

A living embodiment of taste bud dreams.

Lettuce, tomato and beef to please,

And don’t forget the extra cheese.

 

Don’t confuse what I am trying to say

Taco Tuesday should be every day!

As a connoisseur of this delectable morsel I wholeheartedly agree. Tuesday should belong to the Taco. It should be written as an ammendment into our Constitution. It's probably the only thing both political parties would ever agree on. Taco Tuesday forever!
