Quests

Quests

A Poem by J. F. Charleston

Going on solo
Going on takes its toll
The fear of loss
The fear of mistrust
This quest is lone
The ones I love behind
The new I mingle with
A future I mustn't postpone
I glimmer of hope I seek
On this obscured way
Where I am, I know
But yet I know not
We have our quests
Where we go,
we wish to know.
