Un tres beau fromage est Brie

Un tres beau fromage est Brie

A Poem by JohnL

Cheesed Off With Love
James, I’d like you to see
That I too like Brie, and I think you’ll agree
That she’s right to choose me;
She’s been feeling so blue
And wants nothing to do
With you,  such a tense and a terse one:
Since coming to me, you really will see,
She’s a happier, pleasanter Boursin.

Cheesy...lol , Not really I found this to be witty and just a bit terse. Must you rub it in that you were chosen over another. Perhaps, in the end it is she that will prefer Brie that is she. A bit of a poetic folly of my own I suppose but Could it be that the lady is named Brie? Well... My, my, my the only Brie I ever knew was a young heart breaker who stole my boyfriend. Though in the long run I was better off with out him. I love this amusing piece of work. Do keep up the good work PAL! Peace&Love be with you...~M~

Say "Cheese." You should be smiling after having written a good poem like this. I thoroughly enjoyed the way the rhythm carried me happily along.
