Tears of a Star

Tears of a Star

A Poem by JRC Talberg
"

A poem that is cryptically meaningful to me.

"
Tears of a star
Drip down from the heavens
Pit, Pat,
They go
On the lonely road.

The lonely road (where none go)
That is hidden, a reminder of when
The moon cried her tears,
And the sun his.

Soon they will come
Falling from the sky
Hitting the ground
With a pitiful SPLAT!

Soon, these tears will fall
To below our feet,
Or they will land on the lonely road
We so often inhabited, below the clouds.
