Sheep.

Sheep.

A Poem by Ben Ashelford

Put that red light upon your thoughts.
For they really aren't your own.
Read those magazines that tell you who you are,
how to dress, speak, act and love.

Change your opinions as the fashion dictates.
aimlessly zombie around and ponder not at all.
watch the films that stop you from thinking,
Or choosing.

Lose your intelligence in television reality.
Make yourself ill becoming underweight and unfulfilled.
Chase, not a dream but a fantasy of who you think you should be.
be a drone, follow, follow, follow.

Brand yourself by buying only big name brands.
Smile with a misplaced sense of accomplishment at emptying your wallet.
join the dumbing down of the world at once.
Baa, baa, baa.
