not all of you may like thyis. im a christian and this is about how God showed me the way.

In a world of darkness I am bound  by chain of lies

which i just can't seem to be liberated from,

all around me are the things of the world that led me astray

off the path of righteousness,

so in my time of trouble and desperation

i cry out to you my lord, i surrender to you

then you cam and showed me the way

you were my guide throughout my journey

it was then that i became the light in the darkness of the world

i am finally free.

it may not be the best because im not exactly the best poet but it does mean alot to me. even if you arent a christian please respect me and my poem.
