My Poor Missing SockA Poem by Jasiel MoreiraJust for fun a sonnet about an ordinary item.Where have you gone my little piece of clothing? Last time I saw you, it was under my bed. Your probably in a dark and lonely corner, filled with self-loathing, Wishing you had a life so that now you may be dead. Although I have many more to take your place, I loved you very much I hope you know. I would imagine that now you would have a very sad face. I don't know why you left. Where did you go? Oh the way you warmed my feet with the greatest of ease. Re-uniting with you safe and sound is what I hope. If its because you were dirty then my apologies please. I would have kept you clean, I even bought new soap! I long for companionship, like a shepard without a flock. I feel very sad without you, My Poor Missing Sock... © 2010 Jasiel MoreiraAuthor's Note

I really like expressing myself through poetry although the poetry that I write is dark and not at all what I feel. Enjoy as I will .. more..Writing
