Soulless

The skipping beat of your heart

Doesn't mean a thing when you have a soulless heart.

When you can't love even yourself

How can you give love that even you, did not possess?

How can a soul be regained?

How to mend a broken soul? A broken heart?

Time heals all broken souls they say

But then why this feeling arise from time to time?

Cycle keeps going on and on

Tired of the cycle that I am in.

How to stop this cycle I'm into?

Is too much not enough?

When the proof is already gone? 

From once upon a time 

Memory still lingers on your mind

Whence resurfaces from time to time.
