Morning

One of the many pespectives of morning

End of another dark night
refreshed by a peaceful sleep.
My eyes flicker open by sunlight
insects come out and have a little peep.

Look at the flowers as they lazily bloom
they are yellow, blue, pink and red.
Hoping they don't end up in someone' room
excited I jump out off my bed

Yesterday is now a thing of the past
the sun is now high in the sky.
Make the most of today as long as it can last
out a flock of birds fly by.

A new day brings new hope
the world is now filled with golden light
Giving me energy so with the day I can cope
what a majestic and breathtaking sight.

As the new day begins, calmly starting what will be anothe session, we get the chsnce to see through new eyes and hope that it, the day and we ourselves will be better than before. Taking the lessons we have learned, and hopefully putting them to good use... But if not, there is always tomorrow.
