When The Time Comes

When The Time Comes

A Poem by Jason Shadows
"

Where Time Stands Still For A Moment.

"
"A walk through memory line begins
 when tragedy whistles harmony.

Forgiven the past plays sweet music
to the beat of our lonely hearts.

 The abandon gracefully holds me
with the promise of loves future.

Forgotten? have i really missed it
precious i intent on release of time.

I have to sit and think where i go
where this road will lead and why.

Light of the dawn shines warm
peace comets into my loose soul.

Dark of the set chills coldness
 sadness tickles into my heart.

I Stand alone hoping for someone..anyone
to understand who i am but i know darkness.

She plays with me like a puppet on strings
she laughs when i say i want out but no.

She's my love and i see the other side
the light within i found sitting on this bench.

I open my eyes again to see the sun rising
but when the time comes we will meet again."

Sweetly delicate. I see hope and sadness. I wonder... Does he love her or is it a game? Does she toy or is it simply miscommunication? A fabulous writing that provokes the reader to think, and maybe it asks more questions than it answers. Nice work!

I love the thoughts and the emotions hidden between the lines
Some were perfect
Though it needs a little more editing and I hope you complete it because it is really good and you can do better
Thumbs up
