My Paranoia

My Paranoia

A Poem by The Jay

I die tomorrow,
I begin tomorrow,
I live tomorrow,
I end tomorrow,

Will today matter?
Will yesterday matter?
Will it matter?
Will it ever?

I am lost tomorrow,
I am found tomorrow,
I am you,
And we are home,

I feel today,
I will be numb tomorrow,
Break me today,
For I will not see tomorrow,
Break me today,
For I will not hear tomorrow,

I have my voice today,
But I will not say tomorrow,
I lie today,
I change tomorrow,
And I sleep tonight.
