A Poem by Jeremiah Medina
"

If you controlled everything could you be controlled?

"
The world is yours
And everything belongs to you
You can not sin now
And nothings ever wrong
Your greatest dreams come true...

I died tonight
I couldn't sleep
A whisper of a noise
From a whisper of a street
They call for me
In the night
And I come willing
Just to feel alive...

Running through the world
Moon light guiding,
Searching for my star
The one that I've made me
It is mine and I am it....

The witching hour warms my blood
I live among the woods
A creature of existence
In a different world...
I control the wind
I create the sun
The life bringer and its taker
Though the difference i can't tell...

Nothing is me
Though I am all.

Watching from a distance
Never interfere
Maybe for an instance
No I cant be here
I could not exist
Never did and never will
Though I'd like to question
The existence of the world.

Hmm, interesting topic, I like what you did with it/ how you layed it out...
This idea actually seems more difficult to work with than you might think, I know that I would probably have a hard time with it, at least.

My favourite line is:
"Nothing is me,
Though I am all"
. . . I know that this is the shortest line in the whole poem, but I just think that it has a good place in it, it belongs where it is.

Anyway,
Good write.
