Contradictions.

Contradictions.

A Poem by Jessica
"

Just a quirky poem about contradictions and wanting to fit in.

"
I want to be seen, but I wear an invisible cloak.
I want to love every one but many humans are evil.
I want to smile and laugh but I lost my voice.
I want to never wear clothes but I dislike my body.

I want to have kids but kids are a handful.
I want to drive to the beach but I don't have a license.
I want to read books but I stop after the first chapter.
I want to drink coffee but it stains your teeth.

I want to never wear make up but I love the way my eyes look with it.
I think I'm in love with you but my mind controls my feelings
I want to tell you that I love you but I'm a mute.
