With You Forever

As I lay there, 

Tears stream down my face

I can’t catch my breath.

 

I see the blood pour out,

I feel the warmth as it runs down my hands.

 

I hardly feel the pain

I try not to think about it.

 

All I can think about is how you did this to me,

You drove me to do this,

You tore my heart out, ripped it into little pieces

Threw it on the ground and walked away.

 

I feel my breaths lessening,

It’s becoming harder to breath.

 

I set the knife down,

I look at the white covers

Drenched with dark, red blood.

 

I look out the window,

Seeing the bright orange, red hot sun

Shining through my window.

 

I think about our memories,

Good times and bad times,

Everything we went through

All pain and happiness.

 

I will miss you with all my broken heart

You meant the world to me.

 

I take my last breath,

With you in my thoughts

Everything turns black,

Soon enough everything is gone…
