This is a really important poem to me. I explained everything before you start reading..

Why do you hate me?

Why do you hate me?

Will you tell me why?

Why do you scream when

I´m passing by

Screaming out words that hurt to the core

Saying I don´t belong in this world anymore

 

Why do you hate me?

What have I done?

Turned my friends against me

So I don´t have anyone

I don´t even know you

So tell me please

What happened to equality, respect and peace?

 

Why do you hate me?

Is it because I´m a Jew?

I want to be loved just like you

Why do you hate me?

All those accusations I hear

Each day making me older

The whole world´s weight on my shoulder

You say you blame me

But I wasn´t even there

 

Why do you hate me?

Because I live here?

This is also my country

But I don´t want to live in fear

Why do you hate me?

Is it the scars from the past?

I am so scarred too

But this hatred can´t last

 

Why do you hate me?

Can´t we just live in peace?

I don´t want to be hated

For my blood or my beliefs

Why do you hate me?

With what you do and say

So I have to send my children away

I´m just like you

Why do you hate me?

Just because I´m a Jew

I agree.. everyone who are are treated with injustice. I took the jews in this case, but it´s sad.. that the world has come to this..
